I am trying to link my bank with santader, it accepts on santander then says on your end "oops unable to conntect bank" i have tried multiple times

On all of our mobile devices if we want to amend the template when sending an invoice or estimate it will not let us work on it and instead always sends us to the bottom

1. Is the QuickBooks Online + ChatGPT integration available for accounts with a Venezuela tax/billing location?

QB is taking correct tax and putting portion in non taxable even though it is fully taxable. Why?

When I run a report for my taxable sales it is only pulling half of my taxable labor.  If I run the Sales Tax Liability report it pulls all of the info.  I don’t understand how to fix this. Please help! 

When publishing a bill from Dext, the CIS deduction amount always comes through as 0.00 even when the correct CIS category has been selected within the Dext software. We then have to go in to every single bill individually to update this amount. Why does this problem exist and why has it remained unresolved for so long?

 Making Tax Digital for Income Tax is happening and I'm sure you’re getting used to the new quarterly update rhythm so here's the good news first, followed by what to expect once the grace period ends.The good news: no penalties yet for 2026/27 quarterly updatesThere are no penalties for missing a quarterly update deadline for the 2026 to 2027 tax year. So if you're late with your first or second update this year, you won't be penalised for it.You still need to send them. After a month plus of the photo upload button not working, QB released an update and solved the problem. Now they have released another update and the problem is back.With the new layout on the iPhone app for posted transactions, I click on the transaction and select ‘attachments’  then’ take a photo’. The app lets me take a photo and then buffers to completion, but the photo isn't attached when it finishes buffering. Can someone please advise? I have the latest iOS on my iPhone and the latest version of the app (uk).

I have two invoices paid by card machine. The bank has taken its fee out of this so I’m trying to add that to the transaction but QBs wants me to add tax for this bank charge without providing an option to do so?? I have no idea how to get round this - the old version used to have this option more clearly.

The new layout of inventory is truly appalling.  The previous layout was clear, easy to view all necessary information on one screen without scrolling and extremely practical.  You used to be able to clearly see what products were in what category as they were ‘sectioned’ off The new layout is absolutely terrible.  No longer clear, no longer able to easily see all the information without scrolling across the screen is totally un-user-friendly and impractical. Who at QB comes up with these ‘improvement’ ideas as the vast majority are not improvements but make simple tasks more difficult or time consuming.  Do you ever test these things with real users before implementation Please revert back to old inventory layout, it was thousands of times better!!

It only goes back so far

The service is a waste of money and the app is trash. It doesn’t load, and even when it does the interface and functionality is worse than simply making a spreadsheet of my own design. Literally a useless service that doesn’t even meet the low bar it sets itself.
