How do you post a single large ACH payment coming out of the bank account that pays multiple vendors? ExampleBank shows a $10,000 withdrawal This single ACH amount from the bank pays Vendor A  1500Vendor B 2500Vendor C  5500Vendor D 500.In the Bank feed it only shows the $10,000 withdrawal.   Prior to the most recent update, you could create a journal entry showing the credit to the bank account and multiple debits to Accounts Payable for each individual vendor.  This no longer works.

Hello,I would like to update my phone number, as I recently got a new one. However, the portal keeps asking me to verify my information using my old phone number, which I no longer use.Could you please assist me with updating my phone number?Thank you for your help!

Reverse processed manual cheque in payroll

They are set up as casual. The only requirements are the start and end times which they have entered.

How to customize a customer statement?

I have to manually put in my bank details on every invoice which is a nuisance. The previous Quickbooks pre-saved it, but since the update, it has stopped

The pay periods don't show up for the first three weeks of July so I can't create a check. I need to be able to do that in order to get accurate source deductions for that month. Is there a manual way of doing it?

Quickbooks is forcing the users to allow them to file and pay your payroll taxes and it sounds like it's mandatory.  I want to continue to file mine manually.  Is this a possibility? I keep close controls on our payments and like to pay them earlier then due dates, etc.  They mention that payroll will be cut off if you don't set it up?  Does anyone know if the ability to do things manually will be removed for sure?

I am taking on a client who only have a "GL" data that was build from the bank statement, I must do their AFS from that.

Is there a way I can email quickbooks support or contact them via email? Please do guide me

This problem has arisen for several companies when submitted on the 13th October 2026

My CSV file looks like exactly like the manual entry created last month.  Account name is required for some of those because some go into AR due from Partnership account and account name is the only thing that distinguishes it.  But for others, account name is empty.  I am not sure what to fill it up.  Thanks

I have an issue where I have a large account that uses QuickBooks Merchants and Payroll.  I used to be able to auto add Money in as Income and Noney out as transaction fees.  The client has since added payroll so now my auto add doesn’t work anymore and I have to manually go through hundreds of transactions a month to separate because the auto rule will not pick up on the bank memo because it has a generated random number in between intuit and targeted purpose such as tran fee, tax or payroll.  To explain better, auto rule will not add in a transaction unless information is consecutive.  Any suggestions on how to auto add these from the bank feed if intuit is putting a random number in between?

I had started the return but it wasn't finished . How do I complete it ?

For three months in a row now, started with monthly invoices scheduled to go out 5/1/26, only 7 out of 100+ recurring invoices get sent via email. They are created successfully but not sent.I have spoken with customer service 3 times now and still no resolution. Waiting on a call next month on 8/3/26 because it apparently needs to be video documented via a special department so that QB can open an inquiry into the problem. These recurring invoice templates have been creating and emailing the invoices for years with no issues until May 1st 2026 when the problem started. Something happened between 4/2/26 and 5/1/26 that changed our interaction with QB Online and now when we go to look at ‘Recurring Template Options” on the recurring template for the invoices, the “Automatically Send Emails” slider is unchecked. When we go in to change that and save it, it saves but we go in to look at it and it is NOT saved and has reverted to being unchecked again. We have tried creating new templates and

Cannot logon to quickbooks Community unless I use an inPrivate or Incognito browser sessionI get the same problem on Edge or ChromeIs anyone else having the same problem ?

Posting here because QuickBooks chat support declined to log this today and only pointed me to the Intuit Developer portal (which is for third-party app developers, not for Intuit's own Claude connector), then closed the chat without checking whether that answered my question. I'm an Australian QuickBooks Online subscriber (Solvent Green IT Solutions Pty Ltd). When I authorise the Claude connector, the Intuit sign-in page shows "Uh oh, there's a connection problem... Sorry, but Claude didn't connect." The developer details say: "Unfortunately, the app you've selected isn't available for use in your country." This connector is Intuit's own app, and it's promoted in the QuickBooks help article "Use Claude to enter transactions and get insights in QuickBooks", which mentions no country restriction. The only statement I can find is a QuickBooks Team reply in this Community on 30 May 2026 saying it is US-only, with no date for other regions. Please:1. Confirm when the Claude connector will

My Q3 California DE9 form shows $0.01 due.  The rounding on line F3 (SDI employee contributions withheld) shows $216.52 and it should be $216.51 to balance.  This carries down to line H subtotal which shows $753.10 which should be $753.09 to balance.  All my payroll liability balance reports for the quarter show $0.00 amount due, my payroll item detail report also shows $0.00 due.  I’ve tried adjusting the liabilities manually, but this does not change my DE9 report; however, it does change my payroll liability balances which I do not want to do since I owe nothing.  I was on the phone with QB payroll helpdesk for over an hour today and they tried the same procedures - after nothing worked, their advice was to file “as-is” and California will just ignore the $0.01 owed.  This just does not sound right to me, any help is appreciated.  Thank you!

I'd love to share a great article from the QuickBooks Firm of the Future site that covers data analytics and how it can fuel your small business and mid-market growth. Before doing a deep dive into analytics, you need to be able to answer a few questions about your business to make sure you're on the right track to begin with: Are we focused on the right things? Is our quality where it needs to be? How are we doing financially? Where are our opportunities and challenges? Are our customers happy? Are our employees happy?Once you've answered those questions and are satisfied with your answer you can move onto the business analytics. One of the most important metrics to consider is the IRR, or Internal Return on Investment.
